The hotel’s Food & Beverage Controller; Taurai Mabika and Executive Chef, Paul Muranda, recently sharpened their knowledge and skills when it comes to food cost management. The Food & Beverage Cost Control Course Facilitated by Dynamic Management Consultancy is awarded through City & Guilds and ILM. It provides a platform where the participants analyzed concepts that directly impact services and products experienced at the hotel and leadership styles. These intricate dynamics are ones that directly facilitate smooth hotel processes and delivery. It is, therefore, an honour for the hotel to have staff members who continue to partake in skill enhancement.
Progression knows no boundaries during Covid 19 times another staff member Merjury Ncube’s humble beginnings of the bedroom hand to completing her ILM 8600 Leadership and Management Course; motivates the staff as a whole. Merjury currently graces the Front Office as a Receptionist using the tools learnt during the course.
